Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Being careful is good but going an extra mile and redoing a certain task repeatedly to get it right is something to be worried about. People suffering from OCD engage in repetitive behaviors (such as washing, cleaning, checking and repeating) without realising or being able to resist them. OCD is one of the four most common mental health disorders, one that can interfere with daily life and needs medical attention.
