Behavioural therapy aims to analyze human behaviour and looks to eradicate unwanted or maladaptive behaviour. Behaviour therapy is used for those mental health conditions or with behavioural problems that involve unwanted behaviour. This therapy is useful for people Depression, Anxiety, Panic disorder, ADHD, Eating disorder etc.  The experts of behavioural therapy assume that behaviour is learned and can therefore be un-learned via therapy. As well as the behaviour itself, behavioural therapists will look at thoughts and emotions (feelings) that lead to the behaviour or occur as a result of the behaviour to understand it on a deeper level. The cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a type of Behaviour therapy that responds well to such integrated forms of issues.
