Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), was propounded by Albert Ellis in 1955 also called Rational Therapy, established the framework for what is currently known as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. REBT is based on the possibility that how we feel is to a great extent impacted by how we think. As is suggested by the name, this type of treatment energizes the improvement of levelheaded reasoning to encourage sound enthusiastic articulation of emotion and positive behavioural conduct.
